The Standard Delivery Charge is applicable to the majority of the Mainland of the United Kingdom (UK), and will not exceed £5.99 +VAT. Orders worth over £50.00 (excluding VAT) will be eligible for free delivery to Mainland UK, postcodes.

Dates and times for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They are also subject to any matter beyond our reasonable control. As a general rule, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within five working days of the date of the order; UK and Ireland only and subject to the goods being in stock.

For security reasons we are only able to deliver your order to the card holder’s billing address.

Animal wormers – Important – Veterinary Medicine Regulations
if your order contains POM-VPS or NFA-VPS medicine you will receive a telephone call to confirm the order. Please ensure we have your contact details, a mobile telephone number is always helpful. We reserve the right not to supply any medicine at our own discretion.

For bulky items, we will arrange delivery separate as this will need to be calculated at the time due to haulage rates.

Should you have a faulty item, please contact us to discuss the problem and we will endeavour to sort any issues immediately.

We are unable to offer in store refunds on certain types of goods due to restrictions:
Animal medicines – general and vaccines
Agrochemicals – herbicides, pesticides and fungicides
Refrigerated or temperature sensitive products
Animal feeds – products which are fed to animals destined for the human food chain
Equestrian Safety wear including riding hats and body protectors
